To improve customer benefits from January 28, 2024, we will update and adjust the Refund and Return policy according to the ratio for some specific cases as follows:

Case 1. Defective product:

– Torn, printing error, wrong color, wrong product sent: 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).

Case 2. Order lost during shipping

– 100% refund or resend new product (depending on customer’s intention).

Case 3. Customers are not satisfied with the quality (Product images and quality are clearly publicized):

We will carefully review each case and support refund depending on each case and customers do not need to send the product back.

Case 4. Customer is not satisfied with fast shipping:

– If the delivery deadline announced in the delivery policy page is exceeded: We refund the fast shipping fee to the customer (note: if the customer orders on Saturday and Sunday, the fast shipping delivery time may vary). May be 1-2 days later)

Case 5. In case the customer wants to return the goods (not for reasons related to the product, but because the customer changed his mind when receiving the goods):

Please choose your size carefully before you order, we don’t accept to exchange the size, or exchange product unless otherwise we send the wrong size or wrong products. Because every product we ship is Printed on demand. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person. You can only change size or color within 12 hours of placing your order by providing us with your order number via email: support@creativedefine.com.

Case 6. The customer provided a missing address, or an incorrect address that prevented successful delivery:

In addition to the cases mentioned above, the remaining cases will be supported according to the following our policy.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We don’t shipping orders on the same day. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 7 – 9 business days.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.
